About Us

"Doc" retired from over 25 years in professional law enforcement as a sworn officer to include an appointment as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). With over 30 years experience working with computers, "Doc" includes among his accomplishments having supervised the Digital Forensics Laboratory at a municipal law enforcement agency for over a decade where he actively conducted digital forensic examinations in addition to supervising examinations conducted by Detectives. In his last three years of active law enforcement service he was assigned as a Task Force Agent to the FBI's Cyber Crimes Unit.

Other professional law enforcement practitioners with experience and established backgrounds in cyber crime and digital forensics joined "Doc" at LeGrande PLLC to form a staff with a unique set of qualifications.

Why Choose Us

A digital forensics examination is an investigation, much like any other exploration of possible wrongdoing performed by law enforcement every day. The digital evidence recovered during a computer examination has a direct impact on decisions that may cause the termination of employment, the taking of one's freedom, impose monetary losses, and/or adversely affect one's reputation. Inexperience and the lack of proper qualifications at any phase of the digital forensics analysis can result in the inadmissibility of evidence and can open the door for potential civil litigation. A digital forensics examiner with both extensive experience and proper qualifications and certifications will assure that these consequences are supported by the most accurate, reliable, and valid findings.
